Teachers husband exacts revenge for affair

Why is it that when a young male student and an older female teacher have sex it is assumed the boy is not harmed?  I do know for a fact that the students are harmed from these type of relationships.  One only needs to look at this story from foxnews.com to see that these affairs do effect male students.
